I would like a clear map of the terrain/burial-markers of the Calhoun/Keough ridgline... in relation to LSH. And maybe a real closeup of the different fords. Never really get a good/accurate location/map for the pony herd either. Thanks!!!

I have the weekend to myself as my better half has to work Saturday and Sunday, so any map requests? Would it be too much to ask for a sequence of maps on the movement for Ford D. I was thinking of a project where we could take them and make sort of a rough animation almost like a flip book. Kid 2 can help me out at that end. It would take a while and involve quite a few maps--not in the nature of an animated movie but quite a few.

His narrative of the battle can be problematic, but hey we all view what happend slightly different. He does though do a great job of showing the area and you get a feel for how things relate to each other. He has a number of introduction video but I recommend starting with this one when he actually is in Montana. I tend to refer back to them quite often to refresh my memory.

I should add there is a bit of discussion I believe in the Ford D discussion thread that CusterApollo is a bit confused in his directions when he gets to the Ford D discussion. The conversation is in this area of the thread

Here is a shot looking up the valley and the high ground which one poster said would have made a good defensive area You could have hid the packs around here too;
