Nice link Chris, funny enough I watched a short BBC film on this early today on the breakfast news. I wish they could have kept the 6in gun emplacements along with the guns themselves, it would show both ends of the spectrum, the underground and the surface facilities.

I just had to play Vera Lynn singing "The White Cliffs Of Dover" while viewing the article about the tunnels in Dover. What a fantastic voice and such a moving song for the Brits at a difficult time. Regards Dave

Really interesting link! It is interesting to see the tunnels but the thing that really caught my attention was the 'sound mirror.' Sound mirrors
