Brooks was his first, and she was an out an out trollop. She was playing patty fingers with Black Jack and Doug at the same time. Good looking woman though.
Oddly enough, so I have heard Doug's true love was his stash on Dupont Circle, but being a Filipino that would never have been accepted at the time

So difficult to be a hero with clay feet or a wandering eye! Having lunch with Momma every Sunday at the hotel suite she leased over looking the Point must have caused many snickers amongst the Corp of Cadets. Regards Dave

If you have Netflix, the movie is available on there, that's where I found it, as I said it is called "Emperor" and TLJ plays him well I think, rather like George C Scott played Patton. They made a follow up to that you know; linkNever seen it, or seen a movie by him called "Taps" which I have been recommended to watch.

MacArthur's mother and his second wife were just like Fluffy. Remember Doug's mother was herself the wife of a notable Army officer.
Women who wear their husband's rank are in my mind despicable, and I have no use for them whatsoever. I have seen them try to ruin good people.

MacArthur's mother was a helicopter mother before the title was invented.
Women wearing their husband's 'rank' isn't limited to the military community-I have seen it in the private sector as well.
