July 24 1876 report from Standing Rock DT

I was flipping through a book I've got "The Little Big Horn 1876" by Over field. It contains a report from J.S.Poland of the 6th Inf. dated 7/24/76 it gives Indian accounts of the battle. The told Poland that they broke off from Reno and went to confront Custer the said Custer crossed the river at the ford was driven back the arriving natives split and moved around the flanks of the cavalry to the bluff where they killed them. Kind of interesting to hear what was told right away. I will try to post the entire report
